Sunpower Renewables has successfully made the shortlist for the AFR Boss Best Places to Work lists. We were assessed on finding new ways and pushing the boundaries with workplace policies and practices.
The award is based on a rigorous, science-based process, created by leading behavioral consultancy, Inventium.
AFR’s (Australian Financial Review) assessment for the award is underpinned by the Workplaces of the Future framework, developed by Inventium. It is designed to assess the ten key factors that are critical to employees feeling motivated and engaged at work. The framework is based on hundreds of research papers from Harvard University, Stanford University and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania among others, that demonstrate the key factors necessary to create a brilliant workplace.
