Q: Why does the power station automatically shut down?
There are usually two situations for automatic shutdown.
1. If the total output of the powered device exceeds the rated power, the battery management system inside the device will automatically operate the shutdown to protect the device from overload.
2. If the total output power is below 5w for more than 8 hours, the device will automatically shut down to save energy because of the power-saving function.
Q: What type of devices can your power station charge?
A: The power station can charge various devices such as CPAPs, laptops, cell phones, tablets, LED lights, drones, car mini-fridges, Go pro, SPEAKER, TV screens, cameras, etc.
Q: Can I charge the unit and use the outputs at the same time?
A: Yes, and the display will show how much charge and how much discharge time you have. It will also show if your battery is charging (if more power is going in that you are taking out) or if it is discharging (when you're taking out more than you're putting in).
Q: Can I AC charge this anywhere?
A: Yes, but be cautious, the AC charge rate is up to 1500W and this may exceed some power sources like a small generator or overload some household outlets. You can reduce the charge rate, by pressing the MODE button (button 16). This will reduce the charge rate to approximately 400W.
Q: How is Parallel mode different to just 2 units being used separately?
A: In parallel mode, you can connect the second unit and have it hidden away or under a bench, for example. You can then just use one of the units, but you can draw TWICE as much power. So the unit you are using, when it's parallel connected, will give you 4800W out of the same AC outputs, and will give you 4120wh of battery life. So using just the one unit you get double the output, and internally it shares the load and shares the battery of the second unit.
A great example is in a caravan, or camping, you can have one unit on top of a bench, being used, and the second unit parallel connected and tucked away under the bench. Then from using ONLY the top unit you are using you can fully access double the power and double the battery life.
